General Consent Photos and Film Having great photos and videos that celebrate and record the events and activities of the children at Grove Adventure Playground helps us to create a warm, welcoming and colourful environment and also to promote our services to the local community and beyond. Please state, below, if you consent for your child to have their picture taken or be filmed at the playground and for the photos/film to be used for fundraising and promotional use.

Behaviour Agreement- By ticking this box you understand and agree to follow the "Children's behaviour Agreement" All children attending Grove Adventure Playground are expected to behave in an acceptable and respectful way, no fighting or aggressive behaviour will be tolerated. Children attending are expected to inform a playworker if they are having a problem, be polite to others, help tidy the playground, clean up after themselves, play with the equipment appropriately, follow playworkers instructions and be kind to others. Failure to behave in an appropriate manner will result in parents or carers being contacted and the possible exclusion from the playground.

Grove Adventure playground is an open access play facility. Children with parental consent can come and go as and when they'd like during our opening hours
